Torreya grandis is an endangered species and Torreya is important groups in Taxaceae. This result may determine the molecular phylogeny and phylogenetic relationship of species in Torreya.
This project aims to sequence the whole genome of Torreya grandis and to study the methylation dynamics of its seed genome during different developmental stages.
