特创科技FQC制程成品品质检验与测试统计数据集

该数据集主要包括：
1、实时检验与测试数据采集：包括检验次数、检测时间、检测人员信息。能够实时采集生产过程中的成品质量检验数据，为企业提供全面、准确的数据支持。
2、缺陷不良率分析：包括不良数、一次合格数、良品率、测试结果等，可以对FQC制程成品的生产批次、工艺缺陷进行分析，避免潜在的质量问题。
3、报表生成与展示：包括本厂型号、检测周期、各类缺陷名称、合格率、异常事件等每日信息进行全面、直观自动生成展示，让检测人员及时掌握FQC制程中的一切必要信息。

This dataset mainly includes the following three parts:
1. Real-time inspection and test data collection: Covers inspection times, detection timestamps, and inspector information. It can collect finished product quality inspection data during the production process in real time, providing comprehensive and accurate data support for enterprises.
2. Defect and non-conformance rate analysis: Covers non-conforming count, first-pass yield, qualified rate, test results, etc. It can analyze production batches and process defects of finished products in the FQC manufacturing process to avoid potential quality issues.
3. Report generation and display: Automatically generates comprehensive and intuitive displays of daily information including our factory's product models, detection cycles, names of various defects, qualification rates, and abnormal events, enabling inspectors to timely grasp all necessary information in the FQC manufacturing process.
