VPRS 5160 Petty Cash Books

This series consists of petty cash books, which record cash payments to various parties and the periodic reimbursement of petty cash for such payments.The left hand pages record cheque payments (with cheque number) to reimburse petty cash. The right hand pages detail the payments made from petty cash, recording the name of the payee and very brief particulars, and the amount paid.The format changes slightly in Unit 4 where debits and credits are recorded alongside each other on the same page, ie, all transactions from petty cash are recorded on the same page in chronological order.
