RECORDS OF MANUFACTURERS OF BATTERIES AND ACCUMULATORS

The record contains data on manufacturers of batteries and accumulators. These are legal persons or sole proprietors who place batteries or accumulators on the market for the first time in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia for the purpose of carrying out their activities. In addition to the basic data, the record shall contain information on the type of batteries and accumulators placed on the market by the manufacturer (portable, industrial, automotive) and the identification of whether it fulfils its obligations of the battery and accumulator manufacturer under the individual or joint plan.
