"Light industry production lines feature dynamic condition switching, heterogeneous tasks, and interconnected devices, facing a core adaptability-security-real-time performance trade-off during intelligent upgrading. Existing single-dimensional methods lack coupled control, failing to meet coupled control, failing to meet robustness requirements in complex scenarios. A dynamic condition-driven coupled control and robustness guarantee system is proposed: multi-source perception enables real-time condition identification\/prediction; a quantitative index system with coupling function is established, and dynamic balance points are solved via an improved NSGA-\u2162 algorithm; a closed-loop architecture integrates adaptive adjustment, lightweight security protection, and real-time scheduling, with post-condition optimization via robustness feedback. Experiments on electronic assembly and food processing lines show \u226596.3% adaptability success rate, \u22648ms security response, and \u226450ms key task delay under dynamic conditions. Under extreme multi-device failures, core task interruption rate is 15%, with robustness improved by over 40% versus existing schemes. This system resolves the three-way trade-off, providing technical support for light industry production lines with significant engineering value."
