AXMOC: Estimate of AMOC, heat and freshwater transports at 22.5 and 34.5S based on sustained in situ observations

This repository contains monthly AXMOC time series of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) and meridional heat transport (MHT) at 22.5°S and 34.5°S. For 34.5°S, the dataset also includes the overturning component of the freshwater transport, referred to as Fov or Mov. The README file provides example code in both MATLAB and Python to help users read the .nc files and create basic plots.
