Research dataset on ecological security pattern in the peripheral region of the Poyang Lake from 2000 to 2040

Based on the GEE platform, a random forest classification method was used to produce land use data for the Poyang Lake surrounding area in 2000, 2010, and 2020. By combining morphological spatial pattern analysis (MSPA), landscape pattern index, landscape connectivity index, and circuit theory with long-term land use, a long-term ecological security pattern considering species habitats in the Poyang Lake surrounding area from 2000 to 2020 is constructed. This dataset contains multiple data types, some of which are innovative. Not only does it include indicator data that takes into account the ecological security pattern constructed by species habitats, but also the ecological security pattern result data that takes into account the long-term series of species habitats in the Poyang Lake ecosystem. This can serve as basic scientific data to provide important data support and reference for future research on species protection and ecological security patterns in the Poyang Lake ecosystem.
