Digital transformation of herbal medicine: Conversion to biological entity data using digestive herbal medicine-induced transcriptome sequencing_second_HT29_batchE

This study aimed to identify transcript expression induced by digestion-related herbal medicines (DHM) and modes of action (MOA) of DHM in HT29 cell line. For the production of THM-induced transcripts, digestion herbal medicines water extract (THW) and digestion herbal medicines ethanol extract (THE) were used. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for THW (500 ug/mL, 100 ug/mL, and 20 ug/mL, respectively), THE (500 ug/mL, 100 ug/mL, and 20 ug/mL, respectively), positive control (wortmannin 10uM), and vehicle control (2% DMSO). However, in extracts with IC20 of less than 500ug/mL, the concentration at IC20 and the concentration diluted to 1/5 and 1/25 of the IC20 concentration were used, respectively. As a result of RNA sequencing analysis, outlier values that did not produce results due to low RNA concentration were excluded from the sample.
