This orthogonal experiment targeting acid reduction of high-acid-value oils and fats focuses on the investigation of the glycerol autocatalytic acid reduction process, and was carried out by Nanjing Laboratory via orthogonal experimental methods. It records the effects of three factors, namely glycerol dosage, reaction time and reaction temperature, on the acid value of the final product. The optimal process conditions for glycerol autocatalytic acid reduction can be effectively derived from this dataset, providing valuable reference data for subsequent practical applications.
