In this study, we studied the binding of the transcriptional regulator QstR to DNA through chromatin immunoprecipitation coupled with deep sequencing (ChIP-seq). Overall design: Comparison between ChIP samples derived from qstR-positive or qstR-negative V. cholerae strains. Please note that the processed data *peaks.tsv was generated from both replicates and is linked as the corresponding 'replicate 1' sample supplementary file.
