To survey the diverse tumor cell populations of aggressive luminal breast cancer (non-TNBC) at a cellular level, we utilized Dll1+ and Dll1- tumors from a recently published PyMT-Dll1mCherry reporter breast cancer mouse model. Dll1+ and Dll1- tumors were harvested to generate single cell suspensions and CD45- live cells were FACS sorted.
