To identify ARID1A-regulated genes in stomach cancer, we performed microarray profiling of RNA isolated from N87 stomach cancer cells, in which ARID1A expression was knocked down by two different siRNAs against ARID1A. N87 cells (human stomach cancer cell line) were transfected with a final concentration of 5nM siRNA oligos for ARID1A(siARID1A #1, siARID1A #2) or negative control. Total RNA purified from each treatment was used for microarray analysis.
