This database contains 44 thematic categories, with a minimum mapping unit of 25 hectares, a minimum width of 100 meters for linear features, and it is updated every 6 years, with the latest version released in 2018. The data is available in both vector and 100-meter raster formats, supporting various applications such as environmental monitoring, land use planning, climate change assessment and emergency management.
