This layer represents the National Telecommunications Information Administration (NTIA) State Broadband Data Development Program (SBDD) road segment of broadband availability. Road segment of broadband availability refers to those individual lengths of road, along which each facilities-based provider of broadband service can provide broadband services of minimal characteristics within 7 - 10 business days.
