DrugMatrix是世界上最大的毒物基因组学参考资源数据库之一，包含600多种化合物的毒物基因组学谱数据。该数据库与ToxFX报告系统配合使用，可帮助用户快速创建完全注释的报告，提高毒理学评估效率，减少确定外源性物质潜在毒性所需的时间。DrugMatrix基因表达数据存储在Gene Expression Omnibus数据库中，包含多种微阵列数据。
As one of the largest reference toxicogenomic resources globally, DrugMatrix hosts toxicogenomic profile data for over 600 compounds. When paired with the ToxFX reporting system, it helps users rapidly generate fully annotated reports, thereby improving the efficiency of toxicological assessments and reducing the time required to identify the potential toxicity of exogenous substances. The gene expression data of DrugMatrix, which encompasses multiple microarray datasets, is stored in the Gene Expression Omnibus database.
