Development of mouse endometrial assembloids with luminal epithelial-like structures in vitro

We collected samples from ALI-mEnAOs, SC-mEnAOs, and uterus of pregnant mice on GD3 (pre-receptive phase), GD4 (receptive phase) and GD5 (decidualized phase) for RNA-seq analysis. ALI-mEnAOs and SC-mEnAOs were treated with E2 to represent the pre-receptive phase and treated with E2+P4+cAMP to represent the receptive phase, respectively. All mEnAOs were collected on Day 11 for RNA-Seq analysis. Female mice were mated with fertile males, and the mating was confirmed the next morning by the presence of a vaginal plug. The day of the vaginal plug was denoted as Gestional day (GD1). The whole uterus was obtained at 9:00 AM on GD3, GD4 and GD5 respectively for RNA-seq.
