This dataset provides data from single particle-tracking experiments of nanoparticles in <span class="emphasized">Salmonella enterica</span> Typhymurium biofilms, and nanoparticle locations in confocal laser scanning microscopy images. For repeats of Brownian dynamics simulations, we included the used segmented biofilms and simulated nanoparticle locations. This dataset is meant to be used with <a href="https://gitlab.kuleuven.be/mebios-particulate/mpacts_biofilm_brownian_dynamics.git">our source code</a>.
