A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the cropland ecosystem at Jurong Station from 2016 to 2024

We produced this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements via processing the raw observation data obtained by eddy covariance fluxes measurements technique at the Jurong Ecological Experiment Station from 2016 to 2024, following the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications. In this dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
