Cultural and educational activities in archival services

Public archival services offer a variety of cultural and educational activities, whether on-site or online, for adults as well as for schools and young people. This dataset presents, by region and department, the activities proposed by each department: **workshops and courses, pedagogical briefcases and games**. Depending on the activities, the relevant public is indicated and whether they are available online or not. The dataset is updated annually. The pedagogical workshops address various themes, with a territorial perspective: some are recurrent such as the Revolution, the First and Second World War, the School, the Republic (elections, secularism); there are also local subjects on characters, places. The workshops can be related to an exhibition and are accompanied by educational tools, including **mallets** whose interest is to be able to be borrowed by schools. The workshops and courses for adults are mainly devoted to the learning of research in the archives (genealogy, history of his home...) and to the introduction to paleography. **Games**,** for young and old, created from archival documents, are designed to be used locally, but have also developed extensively online in recent years: memory, puzzles, coconuts, etc.
