资源简介:
Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG) and Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumour (ATRT) are rare, aggressive brain cancers mainly affecting young children, with limited treatment options and poor survival. This PhD research aimed to understand tumour growth and uncover new therapies. By developing improved laboratory techniques and mouse models that more accurately represent patient tumours, this study uncovered key genes and molecular pathways supporting tumour survival. These discoveries reveal novel drug targets and highlight the importance of clinically relevant models for developing more effective treatments.
