Planning zones
收藏资源简介:
Article 27 of the Federal Law of 22 June 1979 on Spatial Planning (Regional Planning Act, RPG; SR 700) gives the cantons the opportunity to create planning zones. A planning zone stands for an area in which plans for use are to be adopted or modified. In an area designated as a planning zone, nothing must be done that would make future planning for use more difficult. The planning zone is issued by an authority (municipality, regional conference, canton) and is effective immediately with its public announcement for two years (Art. 62a(1) and Art. 62(3) Baugesetz, BauG; BSG 721.0). A planning zone may be extended once for a maximum of three years to a total of five years. For this purpose, the extension of the planning zone must be published by the authority which adopted the planning zone before the expiry of the two-year period.
