Experimental Data and Python Code for the Evaluation of a UV-C and Mild-Heat Human Milk Pasteurization Prototype
收藏资源简介:
This repository provides experimental data, Python scripts, and supporting information associated with the evaluation of a prototype for human milk pasteurization using simultaneous ultraviolet-C (UV-C) irradiation and mild heat. The dataset includes: - Experimental irradiance measurements from 12 UV-C LEDs and 15 fluorescent lamp segments.- Optical transmittance measurements, source characterization parameters, vessel geometry, and experimental configurations.- Python scripts for irradiance modeling, nominal incident volumetric UV-C dose estimation, uncertainty propagation, and calculation of the relative contribution of LEDs to total dose.- Supporting CSV files corresponding to Tables 1–10 of the associated research manuscript, covering radiometric characterization and dose estimates used in microbiological and biochemical experiments.- Laboratory spreadsheets containing microbiological results for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, together with available lactoferrin concentration data. The reported UV-C doses represent estimated incident radiant energy per unit volume (J/L), calculated from the contribution of one upper LED and two lateral fluorescent sources for each sample position. The repository includes the input data, generated numerical results, Python source code, and documentation needed to reproduce the radiometric calculations.
