Oxygen Data Set of the Curonian Lagoon

The aim of the research is to evaluate oxygen conditions in different regions of the Curonian Lagoon.
In accordance with the national Curonian Lagoon monitoring programme, oxygen investigations from 1962 to 1979 were carried out three times a year (spring, summer, autumn), since 1980 - every month according to HELCOM methods at surface and bottom water layers.
From 1962 to 1992 the investigations of oxygen were carried out in the whole Curonian Lagoon, since 1993 - in the north part of the water body which belongs to the Lithuania during the complex research expeditions by the cutter 'Gintaras'.
The data are fully quality controlled. Systematic certification of laboratories, participation in international intercalibrations, internal control, introduced managing system for research' quality, use of high quality reagents determine quality of data.
All data is stored in archive (in table forms on paper) and is saved on hard disk.

本研究旨在评估库尔沙恩湖湾不同区域的氧气状况。依据国家库尔沙恩湖湾监测计划，自1962年至1979年，每年春季、夏季、秋季进行三次氧气调查；自1980年起，根据赫尔辛基委员会（HELCOM）的方法，每月对表层和底层水体进行氧气调查。自1962年至1992年，对整个库尔沙恩湖湾进行氧气调查；自1993年起，在由‘Gintaras’号疏浚船进行的综合研究远征中，仅对属于立陶宛的北部水域进行。数据经过全面的质量控制。实验室的系统认证、参与国际间校准、内部控制、引入研究质量管理系统、使用高质量试剂等措施确保了数据的质量。所有数据均存档（以纸质表格形式）并存储在硬盘上。
