Processed single-cell datasets for the IntraTalker tutorials This record contains two processed single-cell objects used in the IntraTalker tutorials, for both the R and Python implementations. IntraTalker infers cell-type-specific transcription factor activities and receptomes that link receptors to their downstream target genes, with in silico receptor perturbation to prioritize signaling receptors. Files Kuppe2022_MI_snRNAseq_subset_normalized.h5ad — A normalized subset of the human myocardial infarction snRNA-seq data from Kuppe et al. 2022 (Nature). bone_marrow_Il1rn_harmony_integrated.h5ad — A Harmony-integrated bone marrow scRNA-seq object (Il1rn KO vs WT) from Villatoro et al. 2023 (Nat Commun).
