RNA-sequence of epithelial-specific Yap conditional knock out mouse lung

The purpose of this study is to identify the roles of epithelial Yap in lung bronchial morphogenesis. We conditionally knocked out Yap in lung epithelial cells using the SPC-Cre allele, and sequenced mRNA from E14.5 total lung. We extracted mRNA of total lung from control and Yap conditional knock out mice embryo at E14.5.本研究旨在明确上皮Yap（Yes相关蛋白）在肺支气管形态发生中的功能。我们利用SPC-Cre等位基因对肺上皮细胞中的Yap进行条件性敲除，并对胚胎第14.5天的全肺组织mRNA（信使RNA）进行测序。我们从胚胎第14.5天的对照组及Yap条件性敲除小鼠胚胎中提取了全肺组织的mRNA。
