Identification of genome-wide PRDM16 binding sites in E13.5 whole mouse heart, as well as in isolated left ventricle (LV) and right ventricle (RV). Whole heart (two WT replicates), isolated LV (two WT replicates) and RV (two WT replicates) tissue samples were used in PRDM16 ChIP-seq experiments. Prdm16cKO samples and input samples were used to evaluate the specificity of PRDM16 antibody in ChIP-seq. Each whole heart sample combined three individual hearts of the same genotype, each isolated LV or RV samples combined 10-12 individual WT LVs or RVs.
