资源简介:
The primary objective of this article is to investigate and forecast nurses' intention to utilize AI nurses for outpatients with chronic diseases. AI technology, which is used in hospitals as disease-centric, is desired to be used in an individual-centric and holistic manner by health sector regulators. The research model was developed per the unified theory of acceptance and usage of technology. To determine the causes and consequences of nurses' attitudes, actions, ideas, and beliefs, the causal comparison screening technique has been used. Research data was collected from registered nurses who work in research hospitals and use smart health technologies for inpatients. The study utilized a hybrid analysis methodology combining two-phase analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling and evolving artificial intelligence named deep learning (Artificial Neural Network) on 297 usable responses. According to the results, nurses are convinced that AI technology is suitable for their nursing duties and increases their efficiency and productivity. It has been determined that nurses have high intentions to use AI nurses for outpatients with chronic diseases, and nurses have concerns about the reliability of outpatients’ data. The policies and strategies of industry regulators will affect the acceptance of AI technology, not only for nurses but for all healthcare professionals and patients.
