The database contains energy data for Senegal, in particular data from the 2019 energy balance and the country's power stations. These are provided by the Ministry of Energy and the national electricity company respectively. The energy balance was used for the demand modelling exercise, with 2019 as the initial year. Existing and planned power plants were used as input data for modelling electricity supply up to 2050.
