The gene expression profling between Control and ortho-toluidine exposure for 4 weeks in liver of NOG-TKm30 female mice. Overall design: Female 16-week-old NOG mice expressing HSVtk mutant clone 30 cDNA under the control of mouse transthyretin gene enhancer/promoter (NOG-TKm30 mice) were treated with 0 or 0.6% ortho-toluidine (OTD) for 1 week and 0 or 0.3% OTD for 3 weeks (totally 4 weeks treatment). After treatment, mice were sacrificed, and removed livers. Control and OTD treatment: 3 control female mice, 5 OTD-treated female mice, respectively. Mixed 3 or 5 samples from each group for each RNA-seq.
