We investigated the roles of JAK/STAT signaling in PSCs cultured with tumor organoid conditioned media (iCAFs) compared to PSCs cultured with control media (quiescent PSCs) A total of 9 samples (3 biological replicates per cohort) were sequenced on Illumina NextSeq 500. Each cohort was treated with an independent source of tumor organoid conditioned media.
