To understand the molecular mechanisms that initiate carcinogenesis, and then facilitate the development of early detection, prevention, and treatment strategies in its early phases, we conducted principle studies of comprehensive mutational landscape combined with proteomic and metabolomic profiles of bladder cancer evolution from mucosal field effects on the whole-organ scale.
