Gene expression profile at single cell level of Lineage- Sca1+ c-Kit+ cells (LSKs) from the bone marrow of normal C57BL/6J mice with or without 5.0 Gy total body irradiation.

Lineage- Sca1+ c-Kit+ cells (LSKs) are considered as a homogeneous population in the bone marrow. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of LSKs in the bone marrow. Overall design: LSKs from the bone marrow of control (CTL) and irradiated (IR) mice (at day 15 after 5.0 Gy total body irradiation) were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to three surface markers including Lineage, Sca1 and c-Kit and analyzed using scRNAseq.
