资源简介:
Diaporthe is characterized for being a pathogenic genus, distributed worldwide and affecting a wide range of hosts. Diaporthe amygdali is a complex species found in several regions and causing many diseases on economically important crops such as cankers, dieback, twig blights and sometimes their death. The aim of this study was to develop a genomic resource to provide a theoretical basis for research on molecular pathogenesis, secreted proteins, biosynthetic gene clusters and carbohydrate-active enzymes of D. eres strain CBS 160.32. The whole genome od this strain was sequenced using the Genome Sequencer Illumina HiSeq with a sequence mode NovaSeq 6000 S2 PE150 XP. The genome was found to be 60.79 Mb in size and encodes 16 501 putative genes. This is the first genome-scale assembly and annotation for D. eres (syn. D. vaccinii). The results from the genome analysis enrich our knowledge about this pathogen which will facilitate further research on the pathogenicity mechanism of D. eres on host plant.
