IOW-ESM setup for calibrating COSMO-CLM

Setup for the IOW-ESM for calibrating COSMO-CLM. The model is integrated for 25 months in a perturbed physics ensemble. The dataset contains the analysis, including the evaluations against the defined metrics and some model output. Forcing data is available through Copernicus CDS and not delivered here. Runs with default settings and tuning candidates are performed as discrete ensembles.
