Supporting Data and Files for BSF Multi-Sensor Integration Study

This repository acts to supplement the journal article submitted to AGU JGR: Earth Surface by Mark Radwin and Brenda Bowen in April of 2026. Included in this dataset are files for: BFLAT weather station data BFLAT transducer data Sentinel-1 InSAR displacement time series MintPy configuration file used to create displacement time series MintPy output reports UAV RMS Height data UAV Polygon Area Percent data Halite Index time series data for Landsat and Sentinel-2 SAR backscatter time series for Sentinel-1 Source code for weather data analysis and general figure making Source code for extraction of multispectral and SAR time series Source code for RMS height calculation Source code for TRI calculation Source code for TRI filling, RMS, and polygon area calculations As the UAV orthomosaics and DEM's are very large in size, they have not been added to this dataset.
