SpatialRef is a manually curated reference database aggregating >9 million spatially annotated spots across human, mouse, and Drosophila tissues. It provides high-quality, technology-agnostic spatial domain labels enabling downstream analyses like spatial gene expression, communication, trajectory inference, and functional enrichment (GO/KEGG) to elucidate tissue organization and function.
