This project compares the effect of aliphatic glucosinolates on bacterial leaf communities in two genotypes of Arabidopsis thaliana, namely Col-0 and NG2, which produce mainly 4-methylsulfinylbutyl-glucosinolate and allyl-glucosinolate, respectively.
