资源简介:
Soil microbiome research essentially aims to extend the understanding of soil ecosystems, for instance to improve soil productivity by developing new strategies for sustainable soil management. Because of the lack of informations how agricultural management influence protists, oomycetes communities were examined based on the Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS1) amplicon sequencing in soil samples of a long-term field trial in Bernburg (Germany) regarding different tillage practices (plough vs. conserved), fertilization intensity (intensive vs. extensive) and three pre-defined soil depths (0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, 20-30cm).
