为进一步提高上市公司质量，保护投资者合法权益，维护证券市场秩序，依据国务院发布的《国务院办公厅关于推广随机抽查规范事中事后监管的通知》（国办发〔2015〕58号）等政策文件，中国证监会发布了《关于印发中国证监会推广随机抽查工作实施方案的通知》（证监发〔2015〕80号），并从2016年开始执行上市公司现场检查随机抽查工作，要求不同省份和计划单列市进行上市公司随机抽查工作，以加强预防性监管。  CnOpenData推出了A股上市公司现场检查随机抽查数据，包括省份和计划单列市、发文日期、工作开展时间、检查范围截止时间、所辖区域上市公司数、抽取时公司名称等字段。

To further improve the quality of listed companies, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of investors, and maintain the order of the securities market, pursuant to policy documents including the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting Random Spot Inspections and Regulating In-process and Ex-post Supervision (Guobanfa [2015] No. 58), the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued the Notice on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Promoting Random Spot Inspection Work by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (Zhengjianfa [2015] No. 80). Starting from 2016, CSRC has implemented random spot inspections for on-site inspections of listed companies, requiring all provinces and planned cities under separate state planning to carry out such random spot inspection work to strengthen preventive supervision.

CnOpenData has launched the random spot inspection dataset for on-site inspections of A-share listed companies, which covers fields including provinces and planned cities under separate state planning, issuance date, implementation time of the work, deadline for the inspection scope, number of listed companies in their respective jurisdictions, and names of the sampled companies at the time of sampling.
