ELF-NET Data S8: DIAMOND BLASTp comparison results Per-sample and summary statistics from DIAMOND BLASTp searches of LA4SR-classified algal and contaminant sequences against NCBI NR (e-value < 10−9, very-sensitive mode), confirming that contaminant-classified sequences are 2.9-fold more likely to have NR homologs (73.2% vs. 25.1%). Includes per-sample cross-tabulation of algaGPT classification against DIAMOND hit status for 2,044 TARA-Oceans metatranscriptome assemblies (352.6 million proteins), summary statistics with source-type stratification (MMETSP, MGYA, RefGenome, Reference), and the Python analysis script for reproducibility.
