3t3L1 Cell DOSS Exposure and Adipogenesis

Dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate or docusate sodium DOSS increases adipogenesis of a murine preadipocyte cell line. 3T3-L1 cells differentiated in the presence of increasing concentrations of DOSS or a standard concentration of Rosi as a positive control. Cells stained with AdipoRed to quantify lipid accumulation and normalized to cell number using Hoechst show dose-dependent accumulation of triacylglycerides. This dataset reports 3T3-L1 cell counts, average of integrated intensity, average of mean intensity, average of integrated intensity background correlation, and average of mean intensity background correlation.
