DescriptionThis dataset contains protein-level differential abundance results from quantitative mass spectrometry–based proteomics of embryonic mouse hearts comparing PKN2 cardiomyocyte-specific knockout (cKO) and control embryos. Proteins were quantified from pooled ventricular samples using TMT-based LC–MS/MS and analyzed for differential abundance between genotypes.
