Reproducibility package for the Ficus gasparriniana var. laceratifolia chloroplast genome manuscript, version 2

This version 2 record extends version 1 by adding the final single-IR phylogenetic working files requested during peer review of the manuscript “The complete chloroplast genome of Ficus gasparriniana var. laceratifolia reveals discordance between morphology-based classification and plastid phylogeny.” The new archive contains the final whole, coding, non-coding, and partitioned alignments; UFBoot consensus trees; original IQ-TREE model and run reports; AU-test reports; and the coding/non-coding/RNA partition definition. The imported version 1 archive retains the analysis scripts, standardized GenBank records, and the SRR13279556 validation plastome. Evidence already reported in the manuscript supplementary tables and figures is not duplicated in this update. Raw reads remain available from SRA under SRR38916853 and SRR13279556. The focal plastome is available from GenBank under accession PZ482414.1.
