Single cell RNA sequencing of E0771 Control and Foxm1 knockout xenograft tumors from the mammary fat pad of C57BL6/J mice

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the alterations in the tumor microenvironment following FOXM1 depletion in breast cancer cells, we employed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on tumor samples from control and FOXM1 knockout groups. Overall design: E0771 Control, Foxm1 KO sg1, and Foxm1 KO sg3 tumors were harvested and digested at 37 degrees. Dead cells were removed from the samples before they were counted and loaded onto the 10X Chromium controller, targeting 10,000 cells for capture per well.
