Metagenomic survey of mangrove sediments from Pulau Ubin Singapore

This project involves shotgun metagenomic sequencing of 50 sediment samples collected from three mangrove sites on Pulau Ubin, Singapore: Chek Jawa, Ubin Living Lab, and Jalan Durian. Samples were obtained along shoreline transects at multiple depth intervals (0 to 90 cm) to investigate microbial diversity and functional potential across vertical gradients in tropical mangrove ecosystem.
