This dataset contains whole-genome shotgun sequencing data for nine clinical Enterobacteriaceae isolates, each carrying a major carbapenemase resistance gene (KPC, NDM, IMP, or OXA). The isolates were obtained from hospital settings. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform with a 350 bp insert library, generating 150 bp paired-end reads.Bioinformatic analysis included quality filtering, de novo genome assembly using SOAPdenovo2, SPAdes, and ABySS followed by integration with CISA, and genome component prediction (coding genes, ncRNAs, repeat sequences, genomic islands, prophages, CRISPRs). Functional annotation was performed against multiple databases including NR, Swiss-Prot, COG, KEGG, GO, TCDB, CAZy, Pfam, and pathogenicity-related databases (PHI, VFDB, ARDB, CARD). Secretion systems (T1SS-T7SS) and secondary metabolite clusters were also predicted.The assembled draft genomes range in size from approximately 5.3 to 5.6 Mb, with contig N50 values between 80-170 kbp, and contain between 5,300-5,700 predicted protein-coding genes.These data provide valuable resources for studying the genomic epidemiology, antimicrobial resistance mechanisms (particularly carbapenem resistance), virulence factors, and comparative genomics of multidrug-resistant Enterobacteriaceae in clinical environments.
