H2O2, as a signaling molecule, can participate in various intracellular metabolic processes. Our previous research found that H2O2 can affect the expression of key genes in the melanin synthesis pathway, thereby affecting the formation of cap color. However, the molecular mechanism of its regulation is still unclear. In this study, RNA-seq-based transcriptome analysis was applied to further investigate the molecular mechanism by which H2O2 affects the formation of cap color.
