Intestine eQTL study in Diversity Outbred (DO) mouse

This is part of study for "Systems genetics approaches uncover microbe-lipid-host connections". We used the Diversity Outbred (DO) stock, a population of genetically diverse mice derived from eight founder strains to characterize the fecal metagenomes and lipid profiles and further dissect the connections between host genetic variations, gut microbial features and gut lipid level using quantitative traits loci (QTL) analysis.
