Appreciation of architectural and urban quality AUP

The rating map for the AUP areas (General Expansion Plan) provides insight into the urban planning and architectural appreciation of all buildings from the period 1935-1965. Each building is assigned an order, ascending from the lowest basic order to the highest Order 1. Often buildings with an order 1 — appreciating the status of a national or municipal monument. The criteria drawn up for the various order valuations form the basis for welfare assessment.The AUP areas include Bos en Lommer, Nieuw West, Zuideramstel, Buitenveldert and part of the Watergraafsmeer and Amsterdam Noord.
