The statistics refer to all bankruptcies closed by Swedish courts, including foreign companies and organisations. The statistics are distributed by year, final basis, case type, district court, requested fees from insolvency administrators, recommended fees from the Enforcement Authority, decided fees by a court and if the fee is according to the insolvency administrator’s rate.
